A refeshing dip

Effie got out of the car on a particularly warm day. She was wearing flip flops and some sweat shorts. Her orange haulter top complimented the brunette hair she had sittlng in a bun on the top near top of her head.

She opened the gate and walked into the pool area. The smell of clorhine was so refreshing. It was something that Effie loved. The greek girl loved swiming it was so fun. Effie put her stuff on a sun seat and took off her clothes revealing a pink and brown string bikini.

The sun shone brightly down on her already tan skin. She took a deep breath in and let it out slowly. Then she layed down on the lounge chair. Soaking up some rays.

Marnie came to the pool to find someone else already there. She went to a sun seat and took off the clothes she had over her swimsuit. She hoped in the pool and did a couple laps at full speed.

Effie noticed a girl jumping into the pool. She did a few laps of speed swiming. She was pretty good at swimming. Effie figured to go talk to the girl. She walked over to the deep end and did a gracful dive into the pool. The water was cool against her skin. It felt nice for a change. She began swiming laps with the girl and said "Hi I'm Effie Kalagaris." she said in one quick breath in between a stroke.

"Nice to meet you to." she said to the girl who slowed down her back stroke. She smiled. This girl seemed nice. But she wasn't sure if that was true. However, Effie would find out shortly by just asking a few questions. "So Marnie what do you like to do? Besides swimming." she said with a nice tone.

"O. I like to bake and sing," Marnie said. "I even sing for my church." Marnie was starting to like Effie.

Effie liked to sing too. She smiled at the girl. "No, way! I like singing too! But most people do.Well the people that I know. It's pretty cool how you sing for your church I'd love to but I really don't go I have to take care of my grandmother." she said. Marine was pretty nice. Maybe Effie and her could become friends.
